Artist Eye

Artist Eye is the "must-have" utility app for all artists. Available for iOS and Android, this hugely useful app gives you:

Live camera view in Color, Mono, 3-Value (dark, mid-tone, light), Notan (dark and light) and Negative view
Mirror and/or invert the live camera image
Zoom in/out
Control Exposure (brightness) and Contrast
Set Focal point
Control White Balance (temperature and tint on Apple, presets on Android)
Save the resulting image
Works with the back- and the front-facing camera
Add a blur to Color and Mono
Smooth the shapes created in 3-Value and Notan
Works with both saved images and live camera view

And now there are additional "Pro" features that are unlocked by subscribing to the app:

Overlay Mode - see the camera view through your reference image, for tracing, checking and refining your work.
Camera Settings - choose resolution and lens
Color Settings - apply Heat Seeker and Smart Sat to the live camera and loaded images. Heat Seeker intensifies warm-cool color shifts, and Smart Sat adjusts color intensity taking value into consideration.

To unlock the Pro features, you can either make a one-off payment, or pay a tiny monthly fee - which you can cancel at any time, plus if you decide to pay monthly, you get the first seven days for free, so you can try it out for yourself, risk free!

But you don't have to subscribe to the app - the majority of Artist Eye is free! You only need to pay if you want to use the Pro features.
